Hi Jean

If you don't need to track or report do you still need the LMS version to be published.  Could you just publish the web version and load it onto your webserver.  Send the users a link to story.html (sometimes your tech people may change this to index.html) and that should work.

    Hi Wendy,

    Thanks so much for responding. I should have mentioned that we do need at
    least some basic security so I think we need something other than just
    publishing it that way, unless there is an easy way to add security so only
    those who get the email can access it...

      Hi Jean

      I'm not very technical but wouldn't there be a way for your tech people to validate the email address when someone goes to access the link...sorry can't be more help
