LMS (Docebo) not marking Rise module as complete

I am having some issues with my Rise modules on LMS (Docebo).
it's a wired case where some users are stuck in "in progress" status, while other users are managing to complete the cours...
Hello! We are having similar issues with some reporting not being able to complete a lesson and many other are able to complete. They report they can't move on to the next lesson when we have more then one lessons in a course. We use Rise for our lessons. We publish in SCORM 1.2. Most of the lessons are about 1 hour long and some are 2 or more hours long.
I was wondering what was the average length of your lessons and two if they were long did anyone try breaking them up shorter to see if that reduced the number of complaints for learners not getting he completion? Thanks!
