LMS (Docebo) not marking Rise module as complete

Hi all,  I am having some issues with my Rise modules on LMS (Docebo).  it's a wired case where some users are stuck in "in progress" status, while other users are managing to complete the cours...

Just jumping on this thread as I have similar issues with SCORM 1.2 and wondered if anyone had any success or lightbulb moments?

    Hi CJ! Have you been able to find any solutions? I am also experiencing this issue with SCORM 1.2 and I'm curious to see if we will need to begin exporting files as SCORM 2004 instead.
