    I found the culprit but I cannot explain why. 

    In that project, deleting slide 15.6 will solve the issue and score is reported properly. 

    My idea of an explanation is that it uses a result similar to the final exam one: 

    • final exam uses quiz7 answers which are answers from scenes 3,4,5,6 and 7 in slide 8.1
    • blank exam (Jury blanc in the file) uses quiz11 answers from scenes 3,4,5,6 and 7 in slide 15.6

    Hope it'll help someone, I'm hesitant on opening a support ticket as I'm not sure my way of working is within what's expected of the software.

Hello, which LMS do you use? If it is Moodle, this platform does not support SCORM 2004, you need to use the 1.2 standard.

Tested it after republishing in SCORM 1.2 and still doesn't work (pass or fail works, as well as completion status but not the score).

I forgot to say that another project (a demo the admin provided) uses SCORM 2004 and works properly, the LMS admin also tells in his tutorials to use 2004 4th.

And it also doesn't work on SCORM Cloud which makes me think the issue is on the file.
