Logo Panel Size

I get the "200 x" part. I just don't get the  "x 220" part. Why does it matter about the height?

oh wait, now that I read carefully the link - it is 200 maximum x 220 maximum.

Whoops - typo in my post too didn't help. Updated. :-) 

The reason I ask is that I wanted to use an image that was 200 x 120, and it seemed to work fine. I'm guessing that any height <= 220 should not cause any scaling.

Right- smaller than that you may see some 'white space' around it - but otherwise the image itself shouldn't scale in terms of sizing or quality. 

Hello, I scaled down our logo to 200 pixels wide by 220 pixels in our template. However, when I create a new project based on the template, the logo just shows up as a blank white box (just as before I scaled it down). I have uploaded the files on your contact form. thanks!

I have tried several sizes, including the recommended ones above.  However, my logo will not fill the space.  There is always a white border around the logo.  Is there something I am overlooking?

If you'd like to send the logo file along we're happy to take a look at it. Could there be additional space surrounding your logo that you're not seeing and that's how it's adding the additional white space? you can upload it here using the "Add Attachment button or if you'd like to share it with our Support engineers you can send it along here. 

Ok I attached it.  This one happens to be 442x183, but I have tried many different ratios, including the recommended one above.  I'm working in Illustrator, and pretty sure I'm not adding any white space inadvertently.
