Looking for slider/variable example

Hi there

I'm looking for a specific example that was built and posted a number of years ago.

I think it was a job interview scenario and, based on how you answered the questions, a progress bar would slide interactively to show how the interview was going. The colour on the bar was a gradient from red (bad) to yellow (ok) to green (good).

It was an example to show how you can use sliders and variables to measure success (as opposed to progress). 

Does anyone remember this example? If so, can you link it here?
