Lost Connectivity Alert When Connected to the Internet

Curious if anyone has been experiencing this issue. After publishing a web-based output for a Storyline project on a website, I am receiving the new lost connectivity alert (even though my internet connection is stable) and am unable to progress forward throughout the slides. Several others have tested this and are receiving the same error, although connected to the internet. I've been working with support to troubleshoot it, but nothing has solved the issue so far. Has anyone experienced this error while connected to the internet and found a solution? Thank you!
