I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue finding your Storyline file. I'm happy to help troubleshoot!
- When working on a Storyline project, we recommend you work and save your file on your local hard drive. Working from a network drive can cause erratic behavior. Have you checked in the Documents folder > My Articulate Projects?
- It sounds like you've looked in your temp files already. You can also try running a search for the term "*.story" in Windows File Explorer.
- Have you tried checking the recycle bin? You can open the recycle bin on your desktop and select Restore.
