Not showing up for me. Is it available worldwide? Does it need to be switched on in any settings?

Finally! This should have been a feature on day one but I'm glad it's here now. No more clicking a million times to move a block somewhere else. Thanks for listening to the community :)
I used this yesterday and it was SO helpful when needing to move blocks around. I love it!
I'm only a couple months behind, but love the manage blocks feature!
Is it possible to use this feature to move/copy blocks between courses, or do I still need to save as a template?
Stay tuned for updates on moving between courses. We're hoping to address this before the beta stage is completed, but at this time you'll still need to rely on templates.
