Manual Quiz Questions

I want to have my learners be able to move back and forth between quiz questions to change their answers while taking the quiz.  Example:  Ten final quiz questions.  Student gets to Q8, some of the information in Q8 is relevant to Q4 and they realize they answered Q4 incorrectly and want to go back and change the answer.  I was originally going to leave an open menu, unlimited tries, but read Articulate is unreliable at updating the Results slide if the student changes a lot of answers.  Alternative programming seems complicated with navigation buttons, variables, states etc.  Assuming someone on here has done this before.  I am looking for the easiest solution.  I have 100s of these e-learnings to develop.  TIA
