Marker rollover bug

Hello, Wondering if anyone has seen this. Go into Preview, hover over "SAFER Matrix", hover over "performance". Then hover over the Marker 1 and 2. Then hover over performance or SAFER again. The markers come forward. I guess I could do a lightbox as a work around, but is it a bug? Built in SL 360.
