Master Slide Items and Focus Order Issue

Hello, 

I am doing some updating and accessibility maintenance with a Storyline file that originally had three master slide templates attached to it. I removed two of the slide sets from the Master slides, as they were no longer used by the org.  However, items belonging to the deleted masters seem to have remained in the Storyline slide, and it now seems I cannot remove them from the focus order. Is there a way to fix this issue?

    Sorry for the trouble! It's difficult to tell why those items remained without seeing the .story file. Do you mind sharing your project with us? You can either attach it to this discussion or upload it privately in a support case.

    Hi Lauren, let me see if there is a way I can do that. It is a client case, which makes sharing difficult. I'll see if there is a way to sanitize it and open a case. Thanks!
