Matching Drag and Drop forces shuffling

Hello, I'm trying to insert a Matching Drag and Drop, or a Matching Drop Down question into a test and it is forcing  "Shuffling."  Most test questions allow the option to shuffle, but for some reas...

Those  two options are form-based graded questions, so the answer is No.  That is a limitation of how you create the connections in the form.  If you build your drag and drop using the free form option, you can control the shuffling.

    Thank you for the information. Do you have a link to a How to Create a Freeform Drag and Drop? I looked all over the E Heroes and couldn’t find a tutorial. I tried to figure it out, but don’t see a way to enter the questions into the Form View
