Matching drop-down graded question - not working with PC touchscreens
Thank you for the update. I was genuinely surprised to encounter this issue. While I understand that the iPad is often the preferred device, not everyone has one, which makes this an accessibility concern rather than just an inconvenience. One of my testers, for example, would not have been able to complete the course without access to another computer.
Even though we are in 2025, our membership spans more than 360,000 individuals across all demographics—ranging from the very young to the not-so-young, and from those in major cities to those in remote, rural areas. To address the problem, we converted the questions to multiple-choice, but this unfortunately added to the overall course length.
