Matching drop-down graded question - not working with PC touchscreens

I have some great news to share. We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 128, we've included important fixes and new features. We've released a fix for:

Matching drop-down questions didn’t respond to taps on iOS 27 devices.
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.

Hello, does this mean for any existing items we need to open them back up and republish them in the updated app? Is there anything else we need to do before publishing to make sure it has the updated functionality?

While I am thankful this did fix the IOS issue, can you tell me if it fixed the same issue for PC tablets/laptops (i.e., Surface)? That was what our original post covered, not about IOS, which later became an issue. This is still an important issue, since Surface is still a popular option for people. Please let me know if the issue has been fixed for Surface and similar computers, if not I would prefer this issue to remain open and not completely marked complete.
