Matching Interaction Sometimes Doesn't Appear
I added a knowledge check matching question type to my Rise course, but am experiencing issues with it showing up. In the published-to-review version, the question appears but the matching options sometimes don't. If I come back to it after continuing on, it will sometimes appear after that. This issue seems to only be happening in Chrome. Has anyone else experienced this and have a solution?

Hi there! Have you tried testing your matching question type using incognito/private browsing? If that doesn't fix the issue, I recommend clearing the browser cache. Let me know if that doesn't help, and I'd be happy to do some further digging on this issue!

I am having the same issue when a Rise course is inside of an iframe. Is this a known issue?

Sorry for the trouble. Just to confirm, are you also having the same issue where the matching question type is not showing up in your published Rise course? Or are there other factors involved?
Also, you mentioned that you are embedding your Rise course in an iframe. Are you embedding the share link or the published Web output? Share links cannot be embedded in an iframe, so publishing your Rise course to Web is recommended and then using that to embed your course.
