Menu Tabs Missing After Latest Update
After updating Storyline today to the latest build, the menu tabs at the top of the screen have disappeared. The only three tabs visible are File, Slides, and Help (pictured in the attachments). The ...
Rolling back to the previous build (April 29 version 3.99.34516.0) fixed the issue.
Hi HeatherScott-b5 neeleysc RyanBoldan-efdb, my colleague and I have been looking into this behavior and we have a workaround you can try while we continue investigating:
1. Exit Storyline entirely and freshly re-launch it from the Desktop App.
2. From the start screen, click on "New Project" rather than opening an existing project. (The full set of menu options should now be present).
3. Now click on the File menu and select your project from the Recent Projects area.
4. You should now have all of the menus available.
