Microlearning not marking 'complete' status in the LMS
Hello Steven - I am having the same issue. Was there a conclusion with this issue? Would love to see or hear about how to fix this!
Hello AllisonMenard,
I understand you are experiencing trouble with your Microlearning not updating the completion status in your LMS. While I do not see any follow-up in their case to share, I'd love to learn more about your setup!
- Are you experiencing this behavior with any other Rise 360 courses or Microlearnings you're working on or just when publishing this specific Microlearning to your LMS?
- Rafael was using Moodle as their LMS. What LMS are you using?
- Have you tried testing your course in SCORM Cloud? I'm curious if you can see a completion status there.
It would be helpful to see a copy of the Microlearning that you've been working with. Feel free to include a share link in this thread or privately in a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hello AllisonMenard
We are having the same issue with our Micro Learning modules not showing as completed.
I believe I understand what is happening. In a Micro Learning module, when we go to publish this, there is no option to set a percentage for the completion, whereas we can do this on larger courses. This therefore means that users have to click the very last button and then the 'EXIT' button provided by the LMS (we are using Litmos) to register the course as completed.
Is it possible for Rise to implement a completion percentage on a micro learning module? That way, if a user doesn't go right to the end and press the last button to end the course, they will still be registered as completed?- StevenBenassi2 months agoStaff
Hi ZBharmal!
Thanks for the feedback!
Currently, Microlearning content must be 100% viewed to be marked as 'complete' by an LMS. I understand this can be limiting for some Rise authors, so I've shared your request with our product team!
We'll be sure to update you if this feature enhancement makes it to our product roadmap.
