Missing Master Slide when Importing from Storyline File

Hi Adele,

Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like one of your master slide sets didn't import into your new file. 

Can you check to see if the slides you imported contained that specific master slide theme? If not, here are some steps you can take to include that set. In the original file:

  1. Add a new blank slide
  2. Right-click to Apply Layout
  3. Choose a slide from the master set you wish to include. Save and Close
  4. Import that slide into the new project 

This should now include the set of master slides into your new project. Let me know how it goes!
