Missing photos, illustrations, icons and videos from the content library?
Can anyone help with missing photos from the content library? When I first open Storyline 360 I have 15 to 20 photos, but then the rest do not download. Is there a setting in the setup or am I missing some information to be able to get images from the content library?

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know what you are experiencing when trying to use the Content Library.
I'd work on allowlist the domains listed in this article for Content Library use as a start and let us know if that works better for you.

Or did you change the default display order? Sometimes I can see photos after I have loaded a few screens.

This is happening to me as well. Did you change the whitelisting domains?

The article Leslie share here is up to date, and we haven't changed those allowlist domains or the display order.
Do you notice a difference when you access the Content Library while on your company's network versus outside of the network?

It is definitely something from our side, but it was working earlier in the year, which is why I wondered if you added one or changed the priority of which photos to search through first.

It sounds like you may have done this already.. 😊I would touch base with your IT team and let them know about this behavior, and that Content Library loaded without any issues before.

Im having same issue. I've checked that all the domains are added. I've checked that the endpoints are all upated. This issue is still happening.

Hi
Content library for illustrations have disappeared. This has happened numerous times after Storyline updates. Can you confirm when you are going to start testing updates before release so users dont keep on having this experience?

Sorry for the trouble! We are also seeing intermittent performance issues when searching the content library for images, illustrations, and videos. To confirm, this isn't an issue with the update but an outage with one of our providers. We are working with our providers to resolve this! I'll let you know as soon as this is resolved.
