Mobile version is not adaptive
Hi team,
I published the storyline 360 course via the web and hosted it on the website, but the mobile version doesn’t fill the screen. It looks small and is not adaptive.
In my publish settings, I have ensured that the browser fills the screen and the preview is both landscape and portrait. Please advise what needs to be done.
Storyline 360 does not support Responsive Design. You will want to adjust your settings not to allow portrait on Mobile. Then the user would receive a message to rotate their device.

Did you test the published course using a mobile device with rotation enabled?
Thanks Ron. I adjusted the settings to Landscape only, but I'm not getting the screen that states Rotate. I published it on the Web and uploaded it to a website for testing. Any thoughts?
