Mobile viewing cut off by broswer
I am trying to have my troubleshooting module appear as previewed in storyline 360 when viewing on mobile but it is cut off by the browser. I tried Safari and Chrome on my iPhone.
This module is expected to be viewed in portrait mode on a smartphone so I changed the aspect ratio to be 9:16 instead of 16:9 and I also enabled "Display window with no browder controls". After turning off the Menus & Controls in the player settings, I am able to preview exactly what I would want to see on my phone (see "Expected Presentation Viewing on Smartphone" image). When I publish the module, send the link to my iPhone and view the module, it gets cut off by the broswer (see "Actual Viewing on iPhone" image).
I also attached the storyline file just in case.
Any suggestions?
Hi Gabriel and welcome to E-Learning Heroes,
Thank you for sharing your files with us! I can confirm that this is expected behavior.
Browser controls will always show on a mobile device. This applies to both Safari and Google Chrome browsers.

My advice is NOT to use Storyline content on a smartphone. It's fine on tablets and above with the screen in landscape format but not on a smartphone (horizontally or vertically). Rise is an infinitely better and more robust solution.
