Well, how to say it... It behaves normal for me also, whenever I download it from my post or access it from my computer.
But I opened the original project file and recorded a video. There are problems.
I'd truly want to help WHY is this happening, I just don't have a clue. It's totally random (like my other post with states) now it seems.
Thanks for attaching an mp4! Can you also confirm which version of Storyline you are using?
