MP4 Video Error
I am trying to upload a video (MP4 file) on to Rise. However, I keep getting "Error" from Rise when I attempt to upload it with no further information on said "Error". Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

The file has been used and worked in the past, other MP4 files have been used in the module. Thank you!

I think the file is too large: 6,481,857 KB.

The maximum filesize for videos in Rise 360 is 5 GB. You'll need to reduce the size of your upload by either scaling down the resolution or splitting your video into segments. Try uploading a file that is smaller than 5 GB and let me know if this works for you!
You can download a tool called Handbrake to reduce the size of your video. Here's a handy Youtube tutorial video if you're interested in checking this out.
