Multiple Hot Spots for 1 picture question

Is there a way i can have multiple correct hotspots on a picture question?

I have an image of a store where i need colleagues to click on the hazards in the picture (there are more than 1) but when i use the built in Hotspot question it only allows me to have 1 correct Hotspot and the rest incorrect.

What can i do differently?
