Multiple Response Essence 03 - Feedback Master

I have an issue with a ghost. I've checked the masters and can't see him anywhere but on the feedback layers he is there being a nuisance. It doesn't happen on the multi-choice questions just on multiple response. See attachment. 

If I put a background in I lose the question view. 

Can anyone help please.
