Multiple Response Showing Correct Answers as Incorrect

Hi all, 

I've created a Multiple Response where all answers are Correct. When I test it, it shows that all answers are supposed to be correct but then says the answer is Incorrect, no matter which answer is chosen. Can anyone advise?

      Hi Karl, thank you for the suggestion. However, deleting it and recreating it did not work. It is happening for all eight questions I created.

        Hi Jessica,

        Can you post screenshots of:

        • The Multiple Response question in Edit mode.
        • The Multiple Response question in Preview mode, after the question has been correctly answered..
