Hi Vishal!
I'm happy to help! Unfortunately, I can't open the .story file in Storyline 360 (Build 3.49.24347.0). I see an error message, so would you mind saving the project under a different name and then attaching it to this discussion.
Secondly, if you're seeing a slide getting stuck, I'd recommend starting with hiding different elements on the timeline to see if there is one element causing the hold-up. If there is one element causing the loading screen, then I'd recommend deleting the item and re-adding it.
Please keep us updated in this discussion so we can find the solution!

Hi Lauren,
My project gets stuck on three dots loading screen when I preview and publish it.
It happens after several freeform quiz slides moved to question bank.
How to fix it?
Hi Ganjar,
I want to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening with your permission. You can share it publicly here or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

Hello. I'm having a similar issue where a file will not load past the first slide. I attempted to delete the second slide, and I also tried to skip to a slide deeper in the deck but it will not load past the first page. Thinking maybe something was wrong with one of the first two pages, I deleted both and started on the third page and the issue remained - I get the dots when I try to load a second page in all scenarios. Any ideas about why this could be happening would be appreciated.
Hi Jonathan!
Sorry to hear you're having issues getting your Storyline 360 slides to progress and load. I'd be happy to help troubleshoot what could be causing this behavior!
I just had some follow-up questions to help me get a better idea of your setup:
- Are you working locally? We recommend you Create, Edit, and Publish Courses on Your Local Hard Drive while authoring in order to avoid erratic behavior.
- Have you tried importing the slides from the troubled file into a new, blank project file?
If you'd be willing to share the affected project file here in the discussion or privately through a support case I'd be happy to take a closer look and report my findings!
