My suggested updates cannot complete their installation
My opening articulate window tells me that I should update. When I click on Storyline for the update it shows the blue line updating until it completes the blue ending. the line then turns into a g...

Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag.
In most cases where Storyline 360 failed to install or update, the case behind the issue was insufficient privileges of the user on their computers. As a troubleshooting step, try running the Articulate 360 Desktop app as an administrator to see if this helps. You can also try doing a repair of Storyline 360 if this behavior is a fairly new occurrence.
Alternatively, you can also manually install the latest updates by downloading the most recent installer here.
