Need Ideas: Replacing The Company Presentation with eLearning Course
My sales team has been using a presentation for last 2 years. The presentation is still effective but they are kind of bored using this. Its obvious.
So, instead of using flat slides, I want to give them an interactive piece of content that they can use in lieu of slides to demonstrate product and services.
Can you give me some ideas on how can I successfully create this?

Oohhh! This sounds like a fun project to take on. Whenever you convert static content to something interactive, you'll have to rethink how to structure the content. There's always the option to create an interactive PPT. I created our company overview with powerpoint, voice overs, animations, movies and music. It took a long time to create but now that we have the basic blueprint down, we can update sections of it as needed now. Check it out here: https://youtu.be/O1EN79J15usAll new hires have to watch the overview and answer questions. We have similar but tweaked versions for existing/returning seasonal employees, and another version in Spanish for our Spanish-speaking employees.
Prior to covid, we only had static presentation slides during an in person training! The LMS is new to us since covid.
Right now I am trialing storyline to see how I can make this training into scorm and add in questions. We've got other modules too...safety, right to know, harassment, etc.
