Neural Voices aren't available for me

I'm happy to jump in here!
If you select Insert on the top ribbon > Audio > Text-to-Speech, you should see the voices you mentioned above. Here's a quick Peek to show you how I located them. Also, just a quick note that having the AI features shouldn't interfere with using these voices! Please let me know if you aren't seeing them, and I'll be happy to troubleshoot further.

Thanks for clarifying this! Now I see that there is another Audio option under Insert tab.
I just checked out the neural voices and, in my opinion, they sound much more robotic than the standard voices I found under AI Assistant. So I'll stick with the standard ones.
