Neural Voices aren't available for me
Hello! I'm using the text to speech function in storyline 360, and I don't have any of the Neural Voice options available in the dropdown. It only has the standard voices. Is there something I'd need to do to trigger storyline to give me the Neural Voices, or is there a version I need to update to? Current version on my company computer is 3.69.28997.0.

Neural voices are part of the standard TTS not the AI audio
In the upgraded AI-assisted subscription, there are three options under "Insert Audio" - "Text-to-Speech", "Voices", and "Sound Effects". Regardless of which one I choose, it opens the same "Generate AI Audio" window. There are a lot of voices included there, but none of those that are listed as neural voices in the above-mentioned article.
Do you have the upgraded AI-assisted subscription or the regular one? If they are included under standard TTS in the regular version but not in the upgraded AI-assisted version, it just doesn't make sense...

If you select Insert on the top ribbon > Audio > Text-to-Speech, you should see the voices you mentioned above. Here's a quick Peek to show you how I located them. Also, just a quick note that having the AI features shouldn't interfere with using these voices! Please let me know if you aren't seeing them, and I'll be happy to troubleshoot further.
I believe I have the latest version of Storyline 360 (3.95.33670.0) and I have all the AI features, including AI audio generation. However, I don't see any neural voices in the list of available voices, only the standard ones. This article provides the lists of neural and standard voices. As I said, I don't see any of the listed neural voices in my AI audio generation.
Does anyone have any of the neural voices, such as Danielle (Female), Gregory (Male), Joanna (Female), Joey (Male), Justin (Male), Kendra (Female), Kevin (Male), etc.?
