New to Storyline: Playhead issue
Hello. When I click Pause in the timeline, the scene goes back to the beginning. The playhead stays in the right place (170 sec, for example), but the scene displays what's at 0 sec.

Thank you for sharing a sample. That led me right to the culprit, which is the video properties.
You have yours set with its own video controls and to only play when clicked. If you adjust this to sync with your slide timeline, you can then use your cue points as expected.
