No Illustrations showing up

Is anyone else having problems with no Illustrations showing up? I get "No Results Found" no matter what I search for. No one on my team has any, and some of us are on different networks. Is it the Network Endpoint issue, or is it something else?

    I have encountered today the same problem on two different computers at two different locations. I'm just operating on my home network at present. Until today I have not encountered this problem.

    Investigating - When searching for Content Library 360 illustrations in Storyline 360, Studio 360, or Rise 360, no results are shown.

    We’ll keep you posted as we continue to investigate this — we’re sorry for the trouble!

  • Shareware and Freeware is pretty restricted at my company, for security purposes. So sites like Unsplash.com and Pixabay.com get blocked. These restrictions had to be lifted for me in order to have photos display in Content Library 360. Icons and Characters were displaying initially before the lifted restrictions though.

    I'm happy to share that we have resolved the issue when searching for Content Library 360 illustrations in Storyline 360, Studio 360, or Rise 360, no results are shown!

    I wanted to jump into this discussion to share that the Content Library 360 illustrations, images, and videos are now loading as expected. We’ll continue to monitor performance for any recurring issues. Thank you so much for being patient!
