No option to import translation doc

Hello heroes!

I exported the translation file from my Storyline project, but now I can't import it. I don't recall doing an update to my application between export and now, but it's like the option isn't there anymore. 

How can I import the translation word file? Neither the Localization nor Import menus have the option...?
