No Subscription Error
Getting a No Subscription message after being prompted to log into Storyline 360. Online features work and can still access Rise and other features, just cant use Storyline without getting the error message.

Same here.
Since this morning, I have been receiving an infinite loop of asking me to sign in and saying I have no subscription.Same here with us!
Same here. 2 other IDs on my team have this problem. We are checking with the 3rd.

Same. I have so much to get through today and this is super frustrating. Their status updates say they are up and running, but something is clearly wrong. Hopefully someone will weigh in here with a fix / update soon.
