Non-interactive Focus Items
Menu appears in focus, but it is not an interactive item. Is there a way to remove focus of the label Menu in the player? How do you remove the menu label for the focus order? Labels should be static text/headings, not focusable. This is causing a compliance failure, how does one fix this?

It sounds like you're trying to remove the Player Menu from the Focus Order in Storyline!
I noticed you've also opened a support case being handled by my teammate, Carlo. As he shared:
"I'm sorry. We don't currently offer the feature to remove the Player features, like the Menu tab, from the focus order list. I've submitted a feature request to our product team on your behalf. At the moment, the workaround you can try is to remove the Menu tab completely from the Player features, so only the Slide content will get displayed. Here's an article you can check to learn more about how to choose Player features for your Storyline projects."
