Notes Pane Font
Hi all!
I am having an issue where changing font and font size in the notes pane will not reflect after publishing. I see this was an issue in the past and the problem was with the Flash output, but I'm running 360 and publishing in HTML5. I was able to change it prior to the update, but now it's not. Is anyone else running into this issue and have a solution?

We have identified a bug in the latest update (Build 3.50.24668.0) and are working on a resolution. We'll update you here when we have something more to share.

Great news! We just released another update for Articulate 360 and included a few important fixes you'll see in the release notes.
The item you'll be interested in is:Fixed: Slide notes changed to a small, gray font that was hard to read when previewed or published.
Just launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button for Storyline 360. Details here.

Thanks so much for the update! I went ahead and updated Storyline 360 and it looks like the font sizing is correct. Thanks again for your responsiveness!

I am running into this post-update. The font in Notes is set as Arial 11 white for all scenes, and some scenes show correctly once published, but others (randomly) show part grey and part white or all grey, and the line spacing is different for the grey text. I don't see a way to fix this.

Do you know what version of Storyline you're using?

We are currently on Build 3.51.24979.0 of Storyline 360. You can read all of the details here.
I want to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening with your permission. You can share it publicly here or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
I have the latest version, but the original version was created last fall. I have a workaround. Thanks.
