Notes tab disappeared!

Help!!

My  Notes tab disappeared all of a sudden. It is gone from my existing presentations as well as any new ones I start.

I had been having the problem that typing in notes was nearly impossible since it was so slow. Then the entire boxes disappeared.

I have reinstalled Storyline 360.
My "player features" is in "player defaults."

Please help!
