Original Files from/within the Zip Files?

I am trying to find the original Articulate file for a presentation created by someone else. All I can find is the Zip file. Is there something I am not seeing or looking for within the fol...
The .story file SL works from is a series of zipped files. If that is what you have, changing the extension from .zip to .story will allow you to edit it. If what you have is a zip of the published file, you cannot edit it.
