oval arrow not available

Hello, 

I would like to create a "replay" button  with the arrow of an oval shape (kind of looks like the quiz replay button in Rise). 

The arrow settings can't be used in the format shape, they're just greyed !

    I keeped trying with the circle and didn't even thought of the arc solution X)
