PDF Web Object view is pixelated

Do we know if there is a fix for this? It looks like Jürgen identified the issue (Thanks Jürgen!).
Do we know if this is a storyline problem or a browser issue?
Also, Jürgen - when you say "they scale the wrapper" are you referring to Articulate, or the web browser?
