Hi! I have downloaded Peek 360, however it doesn't open using applications of launch pad. How do I proceed? Thank you!

It sounds like you've followed the steps here to download and install Peek 360 within your Mac environment?
If it's still not appearing in your applications or you're unable to launch it, I'd like to have you work with our Support Team so we can take a look at your system settings and go from there!
