Persistent Articulate360 Desktop App Issues – Sign-In, Updates, and Feature Access
Hi everyone,
I’m hoping you might be able to help with a recurring issue I’ve been experiencing with the Articulate 360 desktop app.
The main problem is that the sign-in screen appears mid-development but doesn't redirect to the browser when I click "Sign In." I’ve found that disabling Zscaler, signing in, and then re-enabling Zscaler allows access, but after that, I lose functionality like AI Assist, the built-in asset library, and Studio 360 content. Earlier this week, the app launched, but none of the sub-apps were visible.
In addition:
- I regularly get pop-ups prompting for an update, and I can only complete these by disabling Zscaler.
- I often receive messages saying I’m not connected, even though my internet connection is fine.
- This has been going on for over a week, and while I’m waiting on a formal response from support, I haven’t submitted a case yet—just wanted to pick the community’s brains first.
Would appreciate any insights or suggestions from others who may have faced similar Zscaler-related conflicts.
