Thanks for reaching out! Review 360 has the following feature, which allows stakeholders to note what part of the course is being referred to in a comment.
When you start a new discussion thread, a screenshot of the content as it currently appears is automatically generated and attached to your comment. If you're watching a video, the screenshot is captured as soon as you start typing. You'll see these screenshots on the feedback tab.
Also, may I know what you meant by "adding a snap is a lot of work" so we're on the same page? Thanks for your patience!
