I have a home slide in the project that will be revisited more than once throughout the course. So, I want the animations on this slide to play only once, how can I do that?
I considered changing the slide properties to be "Resume Saved State" but that didn't work :(
"Resume Saved State" should prevent the timeline from replaying.
Are your animations on a layer? If so, you also need to set the Slide Layer Properties to "Resume Saved State."
But if the animations are all on the base, and they replay even with "Resume Saved State," that would be what's politely called "unexpected behavior." I suggest you submit a case directly to the Articulate staff. You can do that here: https://access.articulate.com/support/contact

GIF animations? GIF animations typically play automatically upon display, Storyline can't control it.
