Practice Completing Form

Hi all, I want to create a practice slide for employees to learn to complete this Scantron based form, using the given scenario, by clicking on the appropriate bubbles and entering the correct data using a Freeform quiz. I was going to make a visited state bubble formatted red for incorrect and blue for correct, but I want the red bubble to disappear, and still be clickable again, when they change their minds, so I don't think a visited state is appropriate since it will remain red. Can someone help me out on this?
