Preparing a slide for possible ASL

What would the interpreter translate? Rise can contain Storyline blocks and video blocks so those could feasibly just contain the signed video as an inset in the original non-Rise content. Everything else in Rise is more or less written text, right?

I've seen instances where ASL is provided in support of text. My understanding is that for some deaf folks, the writing rules don't make sense because they come from features of spoken language. For example, "a" and "an" are technically the same word, but respond to a language quirk where speakers blend vowels. Extrapolate that other language quirks, and there comes a point where ASL is just easier for them to read.
