Preview and Published Files Not Running/Clocking

Hello, 

I am using Storyline 360 Build 3.116.36838.0. 

I am having trouble previewing "Selected Slides", "Scenes", and viewing Published courses. 

I am noticing that if I try to preview slides that do NOT include Question Banks, the slides do preview. But if I try to include the Questions Banks in a preview of a scene or selected slides, the slides/scene will NOT preview. I get the attached image.

And if I publish an entire course which includes Question Banks, I cannot run the course. I once again get the attached image as if the course is just trying to run but won't. 

One other note: I was previously using Build 3.115.36688.0. I had no problem with Question Banks up until yesterday with that build. Which is what made me update to the latest build. 

Is anyone else experiencing this issue with previewing or publishing?

    Sorry to hear that you're having trouble previewing and publishing Question Bank slides in Storyline.

    I'm not able to replicate the same issue when testing in version 3.116.36838.0. No worries!
