Preview mode and Review 360 mode
This is very bizarre -- i have several projects that have triggers set up to go to the next slide when the timeline ends. But for some reason, this new issue has emerged where this one specific slide...

You have encountered a weird browser issue. Normally, a course has a PLAY icon to start the course, which would satisfy the browser requirements to play media. But since your first slide does not have media that play button is not initialized . . . and since the slide advances automatically, there is no interaction from the user to agree to play this media, which is the browser requirement.
Changing your first slide to NOT advance automatically or removing it completely will force the viewer to interact with the slide, and then your media will play. Not an Articulate issue - it is a browser restriction.
Side note: I would also recommend adjusting your publish settings to play Static Video.
